Why this store runs on PayPal

The most common complaint in this category is not that an order underperformed. It is that someone paid a store which then stopped answering. Payment method is the only part of that a buyer controls in advance.

PayPal is slower to integrate than the alternatives and takes a larger cut than most, and we use it anyway, because it is the option that leaves a dispute route open to the buyer. A store that arranges its checkout so complaints have nowhere to go has told you something about how it expects complaints to be handled.

That is the whole argument. It is not a claim that we are trustworthy — every store in this category makes that claim. It is a structural choice that does not depend on you believing us.

What buyer protection covers, precisely

It covers an order that never arrives, and an order materially different from what was described. Those are the two failures worth insuring against when buying from a store for the first time.

It does not cover ordinary drop-off after a completed delivery. Followers unfollow, platforms prune inactive accounts, and counts move on their own — that is what the refill window is for, and it resolves faster than a dispute would.

It does not cover an outcome. A video that does not take off, a channel that does not grow, a track that does not chart: none of those were the purchase, and no store in this category can honestly sell them.

Paying without a PayPal account

You do not need one. PayPal's guest checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express directly and never requires you to create an account to complete the payment.

Functionally, PayPal is the card processor here rather than a wallet you have to join. Declining to create an account does not fail the payment or limit the order in any way.

Why we do not sell account balances

Most panels in this category push you to preload credit: deposit twenty dollars, spend it down over time. It is convenient, and it quietly moves every bit of risk onto you.

Money already sitting in a store's account has no buyer protection attached to it at all. It is not a purchase yet, so there is nothing to dispute — and if the store goes quiet, that balance is simply gone.

Paying per order keeps each order individually covered and leaves nothing stranded if you stop using the store. It is marginally less convenient and considerably safer, and we would rather explain the trade than hide it.

What we can and cannot see

We receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount, and a transaction reference. We do not receive your card number, your PayPal password or your bank details.

There is no stored payment method on our side afterwards, which means there is nothing for us to leak and no mechanism for us to charge you again. Every order requires payment to be authorised afresh.

The email address you give at checkout is used for the receipt, for order updates and to look your order up on the tracking page. It does not have to match your PayPal email.

FAQ

PayPal questions

Do I need a PayPal account to order?

No. PayPal's guest checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express without an account or a sign-up.

Does buyer protection really apply to this kind of purchase?

It covers non-delivery and significant misrepresentation, which is the risk that matters when buying from a store you have not used before. It does not cover normal drop-off after a delivered order — the refill window covers that.

Will my PayPal account be at risk?

The transaction is an ordinary purchase from a merchant. We have no access to your PayPal account beyond a confirmation that a payment cleared.

Can I preload a balance to order faster?

No, deliberately. Money preloaded into a store's account has no buyer protection attached. Each order is paid and protected on its own.

What shows on my statement?

A payment processed through PayPal, with the amount and date but no description of the service or the platform. Our confirmation email carries the rest.

Is there anything recurring?

Nothing. Every order is a one-off charge with no stored card and nothing to cancel. If you never order again, nothing further happens.

Other ways to pay are listed on the pricing page, and the FAQ covers delivery, refills and account safety.
