Count dropped? We top it back up.

Some drop-off is normal on every platform. If an order has fallen below what you bought and is still inside its refill window, claim it here and we will ask our supplier to make it up.

Open the profile or post and read the total. We compare it with the count before your order plus what was delivered, so an account that already had followers is measured correctly.

What a refill covers

  • A count that has fallen since delivery, inside the window on your service. Cover is shown on each service page, and some services carry none.
  • It costs nothing, and it does not change your original order.

What it does not cover

  • A profile switched to private, renamed, or a post deleted after delivery — a supplier cannot reach it.
  • Views and plays, which cannot drop: a view already happened. Those services do not carry cover.
  • A count that has not actually dropped, or an order still being delivered. Check tracking first if delivery is still running.
