What each status means

Most orders that look stuck are simply delivering slowly. These are every status the tracker can show, and whether it needs anything from you.

Awaiting paymentPayment has not reached us yet.If you have just paid, give it a minute and refresh.
Payment confirmedPaid, and being handed to the delivery network.Nothing to do. This stage is usually over in minutes.
DeliveringRunning now, spread over hours by design.Check back later. An uneven pace is normal.
CompletedThe full quantity has been delivered.Nothing to do. Refill cover runs from here.
Partially deliveredThe network could not finish the order.The undelivered portion is refunded automatically.
RefundedThe order was refunded in full.Nothing to do. It returns to your original payment method.
CancelledThe order was cancelled and never charged.Nothing to do. No money left your account.
Needs attentionSomething went wrong that we have to look at.Email support with the order number.

Three places to find it

Your confirmation email

Sent the moment payment cleared. The order number is the long code near the top. Search your inbox for the service name, and check spam — confirmation emails land there more often than anything else we send.

Your PayPal receipt

PayPal emails its own receipt separately. It will not carry our order number, but the amount and timestamp are enough for support to find the order for you.

Ask us

Send the email address you ordered with and roughly when you ordered. We will look it up and reply with the order number — usually well inside 24 hours.
