How much do I earn for a referral?
You earn 10% of each qualifying order placed by someone you refer. It's paid as store credit on your SocialArrives account.
How is my reward paid out?
As store credit — account balance you spend on your own orders. It's applied automatically at checkout when you order with the email on your account, so you never have to enter a code.
When does the credit appear?
Credit is confirmed once the referred order has been delivered and cleared its refund window (about 3 days). That protects both sides — a reward isn't paid on an order that's later refunded.
Does the credit expire?
No. Store credit stays on your account until you spend it, with no expiry date.
Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
No. There's no cap — refer as many people as you like, and every qualifying order keeps earning credit.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No. Self-referrals don't qualify, and fair-use rules apply. The program is for genuine recommendations to other people.
