Terms of Service

The terms governing use of SocialArrives, including orders, delivery, refills, acceptable use, payment, chargebacks and limitations of liability.

These terms govern your use of SocialArrives, operated by Cognizance Plus. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not place an order. Please read the sections on delivery, refunds and acceptable use carefully — they set out what we can and cannot promise.

01

Definitions

"We", "us" and "our" mean Cognizance Plus, trading as SocialArrives. "You" means the person placing an order. "Service" means any social media engagement service listed on the site. "Order" means a single purchase of a quantity of a Service against a link you supply. "Supplier" means the third-party network that carries out delivery.

"Delivered" means the ordered quantity has been supplied to the link you gave. "Refill window" means the period stated on a Service during which ordinary drop-off is topped back up.

02

What we provide

We supply social media engagement services — followers, likes, views, plays and similar metrics — on third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Spotify and SoundCloud. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these platforms, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We act as a reseller. Delivery is performed through third-party suppliers, and availability, speed and quality of any given Service depend on those suppliers as well as on us.

We supply the metric described on the Service page and nothing beyond it. We do not provide content creation, account management, advertising services, or any form of marketing consultancy.

03

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. By ordering you confirm that you are.

You must not use the service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of your country, or if you are subject to sanctions that would make supplying you unlawful.

We may refuse service to anyone, and we may ask for reasonable verification before accepting or completing an order.

04

Your responsibilities

You must own, or have permission to promote, the account or content you submit. You must supply an accurate public link or username. Orders placed against the wrong link cannot be recalled once delivery has begun.

Your account must be public and able to receive the service at the time of ordering. Private, restricted, or region-locked accounts may cause delivery to fail, and we cannot refund failures caused by account settings within your control.

You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of the platform you are promoting. Those platforms may restrict artificial engagement, and using our service may breach their rules. That risk is yours to weigh and yours to carry.

You must not change the link, make the account private, or delete the content while an order is in progress. Doing so will usually cause the remainder of the order to fail, and that is not refundable.

05

How an order is formed

Listings on the site are an invitation to order, not an offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment has been received and confirmed by our payment provider — not when you click a button, and not when payment is authorised.

If we cannot accept an order for any reason, including a Service becoming unavailable from our supplier, we will tell you and refund it in full.

We may correct obvious pricing or description errors even after an order is placed. Where a correction materially changes what you agreed to, we will contact you and offer either the corrected order or a full refund.

06

Pricing and payment

Rates are quoted per 1,000 units. The price of any quantity is the rate multiplied by the quantity, divided by 1,000, rounded to the nearest currency unit. There is no bulk discount built into the rate unless a Service says otherwise.

Payment is taken through PayPal, which accepts cards through its guest checkout. We do not receive, process or store card numbers at any point. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction reference.

The total shown at checkout is the total. We add no processing fee, and the amount charged is recomputed on our side from the stored rate rather than taken from anything your browser submits.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the site. If your payment method is denominated in another currency, your provider performs the conversion at their rate and may add their own fee, which we neither receive nor control.

Where a discount code applies, it is counted when a payment completes rather than when the code is entered, so an abandoned checkout does not consume a limited offer.

07

Delivery

Delivery is gradual by design. Estimated timescales shown on Service pages are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier queues, platform rate limits and account conditions all affect actual speed.

Delivery normally begins within minutes of payment being confirmed. Completion is deliberately slower, so that the resulting growth curve resembles genuine traction rather than a spike.

An order is complete when the ordered quantity has been delivered. Where a supplier delivers only part of an order, we mark it partial and refund the undelivered portion to your account balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

We do not guarantee a specific completion time, and delay alone is not a failure of the service.

08

Refills

Where a Service is listed with a refill guarantee, we will top the count back up if it falls below the delivered amount within the stated refill window. Refills cover ordinary platform drop-off.

Refills do not cover losses caused by the platform removing your content, restricting or suspending your account, changes you make to the account yourself, or the link becoming unavailable.

Refill is the remedy for drop-off. A refund is not, and drop-off inside the refill window is not treated as a failed order.

09

Accounts

An account is optional. Ordering never requires one, and we never ask for the password to the social media account you are promoting — a public link and an email address is the whole list.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks, and we may refuse to open a new one for the same person.

10

Acceptable use

You may not use our service to promote content that is unlawful, that harasses or targets a private individual, that sexualises minors, that incites violence or hatred, that impersonates another person or organisation, or that promotes fraud.

You may not use the service to manipulate elections, public health information, financial markets, or reviews of goods and services you have not supplied.

You may not resell, scrape, automate against, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Where we cancel an order that has not been delivered, we refund it in full. Where we cancel because of a breach of this section, we may refuse a refund for anything already delivered.

11

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee virality, revenue, monetisation eligibility, playlist placement, chart position, brand deals, or any commercial outcome. Purchased engagement improves early visibility signals; what happens after that is decided by your content.

Specifically: purchased subscribers do not make a YouTube channel eligible for the Partner Programme, which additionally requires watch hours that cannot be purchased.

We make no promise that engagement will be permanent, that it will come from any particular country or demographic, or that a platform will never remove it.

12

Chargebacks and disputes

If something is wrong with an order, contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute, and opening a dispute freezes the order while the provider investigates it, which delays any remedy you are owed.

Raising a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described is a breach of these terms. We may suspend your account, refuse future orders, and provide the payment provider with delivery evidence including order records and timestamps.

Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute a payment you did not authorise, or to exercise any statutory right you have.

13

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, code and branding are owned by Cognizance Plus or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without permission.

Platform names and logos shown on the site are the trademarks of their owners and appear only to describe which platform a Service applies to.

14

Third-party platforms

The platforms you are promoting are independent of us. We do not control their rules, their enforcement, their availability, or any change they make to how engagement is counted or displayed.

If a platform changes its behaviour in a way that affects a Service, we may withdraw or alter that Service. Orders already paid for and not delivered will be refunded.

15

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm.

We are not liable for action taken against your account by a third-party platform, including restriction, suspension, shadow-banning, removal of content, or removal of engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

16

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from content you asked us to promote, or from your use of the service in breach of a platform's rules or of applicable law.

17

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw the service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

We may terminate your access immediately for a serious breach of these terms. Orders already paid for and not yet delivered will be refunded unless the breach is the reason they cannot be delivered.

18

Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failure, platform outages or rule changes, payment provider outages, network failure, or acts of government.

Where such an event prevents an order being delivered, we will refund the undelivered portion.

19

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes apply to orders placed after the update; the version in force when you ordered governs that order.

The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Questions about any of it can go to support@socialarrives.com.

20

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours if our business is transferred, provided your rights are not reduced.

These terms are the entire agreement between us about the service and replace any earlier understanding.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, and the courts of New York, United States have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you deal with us as a consumer you may also bring proceedings where you live.
