Where panel owners lose money, and what we do about it
“Completed” that isn't
A supplier marks an order done and the count on the profile is short. Your customer sees it before you do, and the ticket lands on you.
We read the public count on the platform before an order is marked complete. Short orders stay In progress until they are made good, so your panel never reports a delivery that did not happen.
Orders that never start
One supplier route stalls for hours. Your customer waits, then asks for a refund you cannot get back upstream.
Large orders go out as a small test batch first. If a batch has not started within two hours, it moves to a backup supplier automatically.
Partials you have to chase
An order stops halfway and the refund for the undelivered part depends on someone noticing.
The undelivered share of a partial order comes back to your balance automatically, and status reports the true remains.
What our own orders have shown
We read the public count before and after every order. These are things that reading taught us, and they apply to whichever supplier you use.
A supplier's “done” is not the platform's count
On a 5,000-view YouTube order, the first delivery source reported the order complete while the public count was well short. It was topped up from a second source at our own cost; the video went from 72 to 5,739 views.
The age of a post matters for likes
Likes on fresh X posts landed within minutes (16 to 517 on one 500 order). On a post more than a year old, two deliveries marked complete added nothing visible. If your customers order likes on old posts, expect short counts from any supplier.
Follower drops are the category, not one supplier
TikTok follower orders lose a large share within the first two weeks at every supplier we have tested. Judge a follower order at day 14, not on the day it completes, and price your refill promise with that in mind.

What we don't do
- No cancel: a supplier that has started cannot always stop.
- No drip-feed parameters: pacing is chosen per service, and runs and interval are ignored.
- No credit: prepaid balance only.
- No automatic refills: each one is checked against the count and approved by a person.
- No instant access: every account is reviewed first.
Connecting takes a few minutes
Apply from your account, create a key once approved, add us to your panel as a provider and import the service list. The setup guide walks through each step and lists every error message the API returns.
Read the setup guideQuestions panel owners ask
Does it work with my panel software?
If your panel can add a provider by API URL and key using the standard SMM API (POST with key and action: services, add, status, balance, refill), it works. Service IDs are numbers and errors come back as {"error": "…"} with HTTP 200, which is what panel scripts expect.
How do I pay?
Prepaid only. Top up your balance with crypto (USDT and 100+ coins) from your account; orders are paid from it. An order the balance does not cover is refused rather than run up as a debt.
How are prices set?
Wholesale rates per 1,000, listed by the services action and on the reseller page. Rates follow our supplier costs, so re-import the service list regularly to keep your own prices in step.
How do refills work?
Send refill with the order number. We check the claim against the platform's count and a person approves it; refill_status reads Pending until then. Services without refill cover are marked refill: false.
Can I cancel an order?
No. A supplier that has started cannot always stop, so cancel is not offered and the service list says cancel: false. Partial deliveries are refunded to your balance automatically.
Why do I have to apply?
Every account is reviewed by hand before its key works. It keeps out stolen-payment testing, which would otherwise cost every reseller on the API.
