✦ SETUP GUIDE

Connect your panel in six steps.

From application to your first order, plus how statuses, refills and errors read on your side.

  1. 1

    Apply for access

Create an account, open Account → Reseller API and tell us your panel's address and roughly how many orders a day you expect. Each application is reviewed by hand; we email you when it is decided.

  2. 2

    Create your key

Once approved, press Create my API key. The key is shown once — copy it straight into your panel. We keep only a scrambled copy, so a lost key cannot be shown again; make a new one, which switches the old one off.

  3. 3

    Add us as a provider

In your panel's provider settings, add a provider with the API URL https://socialarrives.com/api/v2 and your key. Panels that ask for the API type want the standard SMM API (key and action, form-encoded POST).

  4. 4

    Import services

Import the service list (the services action). Each has a number, a name, a category, a rate per 1,000, min and max, and whether it has refill. Set your own price on top. Our rates follow our supplier costs, so re-import once a day to keep your margin where you set it.

  5. 5

    Top up

Add funds from your account with crypto, $10.00 or more. The balance updates as soon as the payment confirms on the network. Orders are paid from it; one it does not cover is refused, never run up as a debt.

  6. 6

    Place a test order

Place one order at a service's minimum on a link you control and watch it in your panel. It goes to our supplier the moment it is placed, and large orders begin with a small test batch.

After the order is placed

Statuses

  • Pending — paid, about to go to the supplier.
  • In progress — delivering, or delivered and waiting for the platform's count to confirm it.
  • Completed — the count on the platform shows the order.
  • Partial — stopped short; the undelivered part is already back on your balance and remains says how much.
  • Canceled — could not be delivered; nothing is owed to you beyond what was refunded.

Poll with orders=1,2,3, up to 100 at a time, every few minutes. The limit is 120 requests a minute per key.

Refills

Send refill with the order number after delivery has finished and the count has dropped. We check the claim against the platform's count and a person approves it, so refill_status reads Pending until then, then In progress, Completed or Rejected. A refill asked for while an order is still delivering is refused — wait until it completes.

Services with refill: false carry no refill cover.

Every error, and what to do
